We run up to 8km at an easy or steady pace. We start at Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club (map).
Tuesday 5:30pm
An intervals session with Bob. We start from Neil Hawkins Park in Joondalup (map).
Wednesday 5:30am
We run 8km at a steady pace. We start from Joondalup Arena and start in the far side of the car park near the oval (map).
Wednesday 5:30pm
We run 10km to 14km at a steady pace. We start from Joondalup Arena and start in the far side of the car park near the oval (map).
Saturday 7:00am
We run 5km to 10km as a social run with coffee after. BYO. We start from Neil Hawkins Park in Joondalup (map).
